The 6 week plan
Step 1: All you will need is a good internet connection and a small space in your home/office/hotel room/ or garden.
Step 2: You will begin with an initial 30 minute goal setting, lifestyle chat and pre screen session where Laura will be able to leave the session with a bespoke programme made for you.
Step 3: You will get 6 weeks with Laura where she will connect with you via live video and complete a 20 minute workout with you. You will get one session a week
Step 4: complete 2 home workout videos a week that she will give you access too.
Step 5: Simply end the 6 weeks with a happier, more confident, energetic version of you with new healthy habits that you will want to stay!
