After booking for your first Outdoor class, please message/Watsap Laura on 07725554957 so that she can let you know of the safety precautions for class.
We will meet outside the gates of the park at Pontyclun rugby Club
Children are welcome but you will be in charge of them. However, Laura does her best to keep them happy 🙂
You may also come alone.
All fitness levels welcomed.
