A great hour class where you can bring your little ones OR come alone. Each class starts with a review of your week, before we move on to exercising using a mix of training types and exercises to burn body fat and shape your body whilst working safely and at a level that works for you. Little ones come along too! Remember, they like to copy mum. They see you keep healthy, then they will be set up for life!
What does it include?
- One weekly Workout that children can attend or mum can attend alone
- Weekly Individual Goal setting and reviews
- A homeworkout to complete
- The Fitmuma facebook group or Whatsapp group where challenges will be set and support will be given
